The role involves performing operation and maintenance (O&M) services for wind turbine generators (WTG) according to the project schedule and company standards. This includes troubleshooting, replacing spare parts, conducting general maintenance, preparing daily reports, and managing spare parts collection to ensure optimal turbine performance and project continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute O&M services for WTGs in line with the project schedule and company specifications.
- Conduct service inspections as scheduled, adhering strictly to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding completed services and upcoming maintenance or repairs.
- Monitor and analyze operational data from wind turbines to identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to electrical, mechanical, and software faults, performing troubleshooting and component replacements as necessary.
- Oversee warehouse operations by ordering and managing materials, tools, and spare parts to support maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports along with other administrative documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company to support project goals.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, proactively identify and report hazards, document HSE incidents accurately and promptly, and actively participate in HSE initiatives organized by the department and company.
