Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tando Allāhyār. This position supports daily store operations by supervising staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring products are properly displayed and available. The role also involves overseeing cash handling, billing, and basic reporting to maintain accurate sales and stock records. Coordination with suppliers, assisting with order placement, and resolving routine operational issues are key aspects of the job. Additionally, the Assistant Operations Manager supports customer service standards by addressing escalated customer concerns and contributing to process improvements that enhance store efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and task delegation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Supervise product displays to maintain an attractive and accessible shopping environment.
- Manage cash handling, billing processes, and maintain accurate sales and stock records through basic reporting.
- Assist with order placement and resolve routine operational challenges as they arise.
- Support customer service efforts by handling escalated inquiries and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of store performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage daily retail operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
- Experience or familiarity with inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Basic proficiency in sales tracking, record-keeping, and use of point-of-sale or billing systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and support a positive shopping experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and vendors.
