Assistant Product Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of managing multiple responsibilities to support the growth and success of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor the execution of marketing plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Design product literature consistent with the company’s product portfolio.
- Conduct presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyze sales trends through monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Gather consumer insights and perform competitive market analysis to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate market research data to measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee timely completion of various stages in product development.
- Provide sales teams with comprehensive product knowledge and assist in resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage promotional activities and ensure effective execution.
- Design and implement market research projects to assess client attitudes toward existing and new products.
- Collaborate with management to uphold and execute company policies and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharm D.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality in handling product management tasks.
- Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
