Assistant Product Manager

Biocare Pharmaceutica, established in 2003, is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company with a team of over 220 professionals. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile and capable of managing multiple responsibilities to support the growth and success of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor the execution of marketing plans to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote products effectively.
- Design product-related literature in accordance with the company’s product portfolio.
- Conduct presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to identify market trends.
- Gather consumer insights and perform competitive market analysis to inform strategy.
- Evaluate market research data to measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee various stages of product development, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide product knowledge support and address queries from the sales team and customers.
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional activities and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Initiate market research projects to assess client attitudes toward existing and new products.
- Collaborate with management to uphold and execute company policies and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharm D.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all product management tasks.
- Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
