Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Project Manager who excels in data analysis and strategic planning to help plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively. A data-driven approach is essential to support decision-making and monitor project performance throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of project milestones.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence.
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure clear and thorough documentation of processes, requirements, and project outcomes.
- Communicate project updates clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
- Support leadership by providing insights derived from detailed data analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable software.
- Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with international clients or remote teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
