Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Project Manager who excels in data analysis and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently while managing multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a data-driven approach to support decision-making and monitor project performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to maintain progress and accountability.
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure clear and thorough documentation of processes, requirements, and project outcomes.
- Communicate project updates effectively in both spoken and written English.
- Support leadership by providing insights derived from data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data analysis principles and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable software.
- Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with international clients or remote teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
