We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MD Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of our LPG company. This role involves managing the MD’s daily schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and facilitating corporate communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the MD’s daily appointments, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.
Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing official communications promptly to the appropriate departments.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas for board and corporate meetings, document meeting minutes accurately, and track follow-up actions to completion.
Documentation & Reporting: Draft reports, presentations using MS PowerPoint, and official letters or memos with attention to detail.
Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between internal departments such as Operations, Sales, and Accounts, as well as external clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality standards regarding company data, reports, and sensitive information at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a corporate environment as an MD Assistant or Executive Assistant. Candidates with experience in the LPG or Energy sector will be preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
Personality: Professional demeanor, punctuality, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience within the LPG or Energy industry is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs50,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site, ensuring direct interaction with the Managing Director and other departments.
