Assistant Resturant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Murree. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and helping the Restaurant Manager achieve sales and service goals. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage front-of-house staff, maintain high standards of hygiene and discipline, and contribute to inventory and cost control efforts. The role is on-site and requires reliable commuting or relocation to Murree prior to starting work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house (FOH) staff, fostering teamwork and productivity
- Maintain excellent guest service standards and promptly handle guest complaints or operational issues
- Monitor staff performance, hygiene practices, and discipline to uphold restaurant policies
- Support inventory management, stock control, and cost management initiatives
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to meet sales targets and improve service quality

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience specifically in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a pay range of Rs40,000 to Rs55,000 per month
- The position requires in-person work at the Murree location
- Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Murree before starting employment
