Zameen.com is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join the team as an Assistant Manager Sales. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent achievement of goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or online marketplace sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
