ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager on behalf of a client in the Printing & Packaging industry. This role is based in Karachi and requires a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead B2B sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and a proven track record in sales and business development within relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and business growth targets. Identify and secure new B2B customers across industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food, and other relevant sectors. Promote printing and packaging solutions tailored to client needs. Manage key accounts by conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing sales. Foster long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers to ensure sustained business growth. Conduct thorough market research and monitor competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with production, design, and operations teams to guarantee that customer requirements and delivery schedules are consistently met. Prepare regular sales forecasts, update sales pipelines, and generate performance reports to track progress against targets.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably within the printing or packaging industry. Strong skills in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management are essential. Proven experience in commercial negotiations, preparing quotations, and consistently achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities are required to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
