This role involves delivering professional coaching in padel and other racket sports, managing court operations, and actively promoting padel tennis activities to ensure the facility is used safely, efficiently, and to its full potential. The position requires overseeing daily court bookings and operations, maintaining discipline and safety standards in line with established procedures, and monitoring the condition of courts and equipment to report maintenance needs promptly. Engaging with members to boost satisfaction, maintaining detailed coaching records, and submitting regular performance reports are also key aspects. The coach will conduct training sessions for students, faculty, staff, and members, develop university teams, and identify talented players. Additionally, organizing tournaments, leagues, and coaching clinics for padel and other racket sports forms an important part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional coaching sessions in padel and other racket sports for diverse groups including students, faculty, staff, and members.
- Manage daily court operations, including scheduling and bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient facility use.
- Enforce safety protocols, discipline, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a secure environment.
- Monitor the condition of courts and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair requirements promptly.
- Promote member engagement and satisfaction through active communication and quality coaching services.
- Maintain accurate coaching records and submit detailed performance reports regularly.
- Train and develop university teams, identifying and nurturing talented players in padel and other racket games.
- Organize and manage tournaments, leagues, and coaching clinics to encourage participation and skill development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in Health & Physical Education or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant coaching experience in padel or other racket sports.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Health & Physical Education or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience of 4 to 5 years in coaching and sports management is preferred.

Candidates must submit scanned copies of all academic and professional documents. The highest education certificate or degree must be attested or verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Applicants with a third division in their academic record or a weak academic profile may be considered ineligible. Current employees of the university with less than one year of service or without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Head of Institution will not be considered. Candidates pursuing the required degree or those medically unfit are also ineligible. Government or armed forces employees must provide a NOC from their respective departments.
