Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will play a vital role in supporting the store management team by developing staff and driving operational excellence. This position contributes directly to maintaining brand equity, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial growth. The Assistant Store Manager will also assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and analyzing performance data to increase revenue.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and leading by example to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, maintain high standards, and deliver operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment for all customers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience with proven skills in coaching and training staff.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy in various situations.
- A collaborative leader who models behaviors aligned with the company’s culture and values.
- Adherence to all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, with the ability to follow directives from store management.
- Physical capability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and perform tasks involving constant movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
