Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Supervisor / Store In-charge to efficiently manage and oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth handling of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with various departments. This role requires a hands-on approach to store management within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the handling and dispatch of finished goods in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain effective inventory management and stock control to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issuance, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to support seamless operations.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and prepare detailed reports on inventory status.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and discipline within the store to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in store supervision or store in-charge roles, preferably within a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, purchasing, and dispatch.
- Competence in conducting stock audits and reconciling inventory discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates with a proactive approach to store management and problem-solving will be preferred.
