Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will play a vital role in supporting the store management team by developing staff, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction and financial growth. This position also involves assuming full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Growing Sales: Implement strategies to increase sales and analyze performance data to drive revenue growth.

Coaching and Mentoring: Lead by example to motivate and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency, uphold company standards, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of three years of retail leadership experience with demonstrated ability in coaching and training team members.

Strong interpersonal skills, exhibiting discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy.

Ability to collaborate effectively and serve as a role model aligned with the company’s culture and values.

Compliance with all Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, while following directives from store management.

Physical capability to handle tasks involving heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
