Assistant Team Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Etsy Expert to join our expanding e-commerce team based in Multan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Etsy stores to drive sales growth and enhance store visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of Etsy’s platform, including product research, listing optimization, SEO strategies, and customer service. The position is full-time and on-site, offering an attractive salary along with performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Etsy stores with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough product and market research to identify profitable opportunities.
- Create and maintain SEO-friendly product listings to improve search rankings.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and enhancing store visibility.
- Handle customer orders and respond promptly to inquiries to ensure excellent service.
- Monitor store performance regularly and ensure compliance with Etsy policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing Etsy stores is preferred.
