Assistant Training

This role involves providing essential administrative and logistical support within a training center environment. The successful candidate will assist with various clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and distributing training materials. They will also support the preparation and management of training equipment, stationery, and supplies to ensure smooth training operations. During training sessions, exams, audits, and inspections, the individual will assist instructors and administrative staff as needed. Additionally, the role includes providing pantry and hospitality services when required. A key responsibility is to maintain a safe working environment by reporting any unsafe conditions, hazards, or instances of non-compliance to the supervising authority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and distribution of training materials.
- Provide logistical support for training equipment, stationery, and supplies.
- Support instructors and administrative staff during training sessions, exams, audits, and inspections.
- Deliver pantry and hospitality services as required.
- Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or non-compliance to the supervising authority.

Required Qualifications:
- Highest educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (completion of twelve grades).
- Work experience: Less than one year in a similar role.
- Skills: Ability to follow documented procedures and instructions accurately.
- Awareness of workplace discipline, confidentiality, and controlled environments.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Physically fit, dependable, punctual, and compliant with company standards.
