Assistant Video Editor

The Assistant Video Editor is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, supporting the video production team in creating high-quality video content. This role involves assembling raw footage, organizing media assets, and assisting in the production of polished videos for marketing, training, and client-facing projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior editors and designers to ensure all content meets brand standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, trim, and organize raw video footage to prepare for editing.
- Assist with basic color correction, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with senior editors and designers by following creative briefs and project timelines.
- Prepare optimized video exports tailored for multiple platforms and formats.
- Maintain an organized file structure and ensure regular backups of ongoing projects.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and overall video impact.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient skills in video editing and production, including assembling and organizing footage.
- Experience with video color grading to adjust color, exposure, and visual tone for consistency.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and graphic creation for simple animations, titles, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to follow creative direction and adhere to brand guidelines consistently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within cross-functional creative and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
