Our client, Business Line Global, is looking to hire an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Finance based in Lahore. The role requires a skilled finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis within the organization. The ideal candidate will have completed their articleship at a reputable audit firm, be a CA or ACCA finalist, and possess prior experience working in the IT sector. Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end/year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and projections to support effective financial planning.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability assessments and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and implement cost optimization strategies to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and deliver financial insights that aid decision-making processes.
- Maintain robust internal financial controls and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Required Qualifications
- CA or ACCA finalist status is mandatory.
- Completion of articleship from a reputable audit or accounting firm.
- Proven experience working in an IT company is essential.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or financial management systems.
