OLP Modaraba (formerly ORIX Modaraba) is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join their team in Lahore as an Associate / Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) focused on client relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to contribute to the growth and management of a diverse portfolio of ME/SME and Commercial clients, specifically in the realm of Islamic financing products. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting transaction structuring, credit appraisals, and ensuring compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing, developing, and maintaining a portfolio of ME/SME and Commercial clients for Islamic financing products.
- Ensure end-to-end compliance by conducting credit reviews, timely submission of BCAs/CDDs, and monitoring asset risk effectively.
- Support transaction structuring and credit appraisal processes while managing client portfolio administration.
- Process customer requests, including No Objection Certificates (NOCs), contract maturity and terminations, and ensure audit compliance is meticulously maintained.

Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of Islamic finance products and transaction structuring is essential.
- Strong skills in credit appraisal, marketing, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
