OLP Modaraba (formerly ORIX Modaraba) is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join its team in Lahore as an Associate / Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) focused on client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing and growing a portfolio of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (ME/SME) and Commercial clients by offering Islamic financing solutions. This position requires a proactive individual who can ensure compliance, support credit processes, and maintain strong client engagement to contribute to the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing, developing, and maintaining a diverse portfolio of ME/SME and Commercial clients for Islamic financing products.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including conducting credit reviews, timely submission of Bank Credit Applications (BCAs) and Customer Due Diligence (CDDs), and ongoing monitoring of asset risk.
- Support transaction structuring and credit appraisal processes to facilitate sound financial decisions.
- Manage client portfolio administration efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process various customer requests such as No Objection Certificates (NOCs), contract maturity or terminations, and ensure audit compliance is met meticulously.

Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Islamic finance products and transaction structuring principles.
- Strong skills in credit appraisal, marketing, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective negotiation abilities.
