Associate Business Developer

Savvy Programmers is a vibrant web design and development agency founded in 2020, delivering end-to-end digital solutions across platforms including Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and Kajabi. Based onsite in Lahore at Pine Ave, Wocland Villas Block H Valencia, the company prides itself on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. We are currently looking to expand our business development team by hiring a motivated Upwork Bidder on a full-time basis. This role requires working the night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM and offers a competitive starting salary of Rs40,000 per month. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in online bidding and client communication within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Craft customized and compelling proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with the agency’s service offerings.
- Engage with clients through messages and calls to thoroughly understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on bidding performance, conversion metrics, and market trends.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by demonstrating professionalism and trustworthiness.
- Work closely with management to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive within an IT or software company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
- Ability to work onsite at the Lahore location.
