Associate Business Development (Fast Sales)

PureLogics is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role focuses on driving new business opportunities primarily through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Upwork sales and bidding, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the IT industry and digital services. The working hours for this position are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Manage multiple proposals and client interactions simultaneously to maximize success rates.
- Negotiate terms and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, proposals, and client communications effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork sales, bidding, or business development.
- Proven knowledge of the Upwork bidding process and proposal writing techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and digital services landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and proposals concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with CRM software is considered an advantage.
- Experience in generating business and successfully closing deals on freelancing platforms will be highly valued.
