Associate Business Development

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office. This full-time role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the growth of our business by preparing tailored proposals and managing client relationships. The position requires working onsite during evening hours to align with international client schedules. Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential leads and new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Initiate communication and conduct outreach with prospective clients to establish connections.
- Prepare and send customized proposals that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Manage and follow up with leads throughout various stages of the sales process to ensure progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of services and develop relevant proposals.
- Utilize professional platforms such as LinkedIn for lead generation and client outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate lead records and consistently update the sales pipeline to reflect current status.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or other lead-generation platforms is advantageous.
