Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
- Coordinate with restaurant partners, delivery riders, and internal teams to optimize order fulfillment.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new delivery personnel to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and new feature rollouts.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly to maintain service quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the food delivery or logistics industry.
