Associate Client Partnerships

We are currently seeking an Associate Client Partnerships professional who excels at engaging conversations and building strong relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated individual, whether a fresh graduate or someone with up to two years of client handling experience, who is passionate about people, performance, and progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients across various industries.
- Conduct one-on-one or virtual meetings to assess clients’ learning and development requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the learning team, including trainers and consultants, to design tailored programs aligned with client objectives.
- Present proposed solutions to clients and ensure consistent follow-up to secure engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in high-stakes meetings and contribute to projects involving leadership, culture, HR strategy, and people development.
- Deliver measurable impact within a firm that values and recognizes your contributions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Up to two years of experience in client handling or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
