Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential and existing clients to explore opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new clients to understand their needs.
- Conduct one-on-one or virtual meetings to assess clients’ learning and development requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the internal learning team, including trainers and consultants, to design tailored programs that align with client objectives.
- Present proposed solutions to clients and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in client handling are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
