Associate - Corporate Responsibility (EY MENA Ripples)

Based in Karachi, EY is looking for an Associate to join its Corporate Responsibility team and support EY Ripples, the firm’s global program focused on advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to social impact initiatives across Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing EY Ripples’ local strategy by coordinating projects, engaging employees, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and community organizations to foster sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to enhance EY Ripples’ impact on communities and stakeholders within Pakistan.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations and client engagements.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor EY Ripples initiatives, including data collection, progress tracking, and preparing updates for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, NGOs, and community organizations to maximize social impact through collaboration.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate the progress and outcomes of corporate responsibility efforts to both internal and external audiences.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate responsibility and sustainability.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote corporate responsibility initiatives and achievements internally and externally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong project coordination skills, including planning, tracking actions, managing deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with solid analytical capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A solid understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and corporate responsibility frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
- Familiarity with corporate responsibility best practices in Pakistan and the MENA region.
- Experience working in professional services or large organizations.
