Associate Creative Director

Fishbowl is a boutique creative agency known for crafting compelling advertisements that captivate audiences. We value innovative thinking and are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead creative teams, develop integrated marketing communications (IMCs) from the ground up, and manage daily project deliverables. This full-time, on-site position is based in Islamabad and requires close collaboration with Client Services and Design teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and guide creative teams in developing innovative concepts and executing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Manage extensive integrated marketing communications, ensuring cohesive messaging across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services and Design departments to align creative output with client goals and timelines.
- Oversee day-to-day deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Build original concepts and creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand identities.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.
- Present ideas and creative rationales confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and strategy behind campaigns.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in creative direction and strategy with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in campaign development.
- Experience in branding, including the creation of brand identities, communication strategies, and visual storytelling across diverse touchpoints.
- Proficiency in art direction with a solid body of work spanning digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and mentor creative teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, Communications, or related fields.
- Prior agency experience is highly desirable.
