As a Client Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them optimize workflows and streamline their research and data analysis needs. The position offers comprehensive on-the-job training covering Fixed Income, Ratings Direct, Credit Analytics, and Office Plug-in platforms. After initial training, you will support clients via phone, web chat, and email, gaining deep knowledge of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s data content and customer segments. Certification assessments ensure you are well-equipped to assist clients effectively. Once certified, you will proactively engage clients to provide tailored training and support on S&P Global’s product offerings, particularly credit products on Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support is essential to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop expertise in financial products and client communication.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and web chat.
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients to deliver customized training and maximize their use of S&P Global Market Intelligence products.
- Understand client workflows and tailor assistance to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance overall client experience.
- Support credit products on Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms.
- Successfully complete certification assessments to demonstrate product knowledge and client service skills.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Up to six months of relevant experience or fresh graduates with strong academic credentials.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to address client inquiries effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships with finance professionals and eagerness to learn about the financial services industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with a “can do” approach.
