After an initial training period of 1-2 months, associates begin supporting clients via phone, web chat, and email, gaining in-depth knowledge of data content, customer segments, and additional S&P Global platforms. Certification assessments evaluate skills and capabilities before associates proactively engage clients to provide tailored training on S&P Global Market Intelligence products, focusing on credit products across Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro. Collaboration and teamwork are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete rigorous training and certification on various financial platforms and products.
- Provide direct client support through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Deliver proactive, customized training sessions to help clients maximize the use of S&P Global Market Intelligence offerings.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client workflows to offer tailored assistance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support to ensure seamless client service.
- Support credit-related products and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Up to 6 months of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to effectively address client questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and customer service abilities.
- Passion for building relationships within the financial services industry and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
