This role is an excellent opportunity for emerging professionals passionate about finance and client service. As a Client Services Associate at S&P Global Market Intelligence, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them optimize workflows and streamline research and data analysis. The position involves comprehensive on-the-job training covering Fixed Income, Ratings Direct, Credit Analytics, and Office Plug-in platforms. After 1-2 months of initial training, you will support clients via phone, web chats, and email, gaining in-depth knowledge of data content, customer segments, and additional S&P Global platforms. Successful completion of certification assessments is required to demonstrate your skills.

Once certified, you will proactively engage clients by delivering tailored training on various product offerings, focusing on helping them maximize the use of S&P Global Market Intelligence products, including credit products on Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support is essential to provide seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial data and analytics platforms.
- Participate in rigorous training and certification programs to develop expertise in S&P Global’s product suite.
- Communicate with clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and web chat to deliver solutions and training.
- Understand clients’ workflows and tailor assistance to enhance their use of S&P Global Market Intelligence products.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product improvement.
- Proactively reach out to clients to offer training and support, fostering strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Up to 6 months of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to address client questions accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and customer service abilities.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships with finance professionals and eagerness to learn about the financial services industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with a “can do” approach.
