We are seeking a skilled professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, preferably with at least a second division, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical drafting and visual development, along with hands-on experience in sourcing, inventory management, and material tracking. This role also requires expertise in construction supervision and on-site execution, as well as providing support during rehearsals and live transmissions. The position is open to candidates up to 35 years of age and offers a Grade 4 pay scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drafts and contribute to visual development projects.
- Manage sourcing processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and track materials efficiently.
- Oversee construction activities and supervise on-site execution to ensure project standards and timelines are met.
- Provide operational support during rehearsals and live transmission events to facilitate smooth execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, with at least a second division, or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in related fields.
- Strong technical drafting skills and experience in visual development.
- Proven ability to manage sourcing, inventory, and material tracking effectively.
- Experience in supervising construction and managing on-site execution.
- Familiarity with supporting live events, including rehearsals and transmissions.
