Associate Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Understanding the Business: Collaborate with senior consultants to grasp client requirements, assist in designing solutions, and draft functional specifications to address any gaps in standard Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Facilitate solution walkthroughs and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases and resolving issues.

- Shaping the Solution: Gain hands-on experience configuring modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales. Support the creation of functional designs for custom requirements and work closely with developers to ensure the final solution aligns with business needs.

- Data Management: Assist in preparing data templates, cleaning and validating client data, loading it via the Data Management Framework, and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and integrity during migration.

- Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios, execute end-to-end process testing, and track issues until resolution. Provide direct support to client users during UAT, addressing questions and building confidence in the new system.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA, CA, MBA, BS in Accounting & Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

- Approximately 1 year of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX 2012.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret and assess customer requirements effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to solution design.

- Problem-solving mindset to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Customer-focused approach to maintain satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
