Associate Game Producer

This role involves working closely with senior producers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing game development tasks to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including QA, Development, Art, and Customer Service to streamline workflows and resolve any blockers.
- Support documentation efforts by maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans.
- Identify potential risks early and contribute to developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by facilitating clear and consistent communication across departments.
- Prioritize daily tasks and coordinate with product managers to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a production or coordination role within the software or gaming industry, with at least one title shipped through the full production cycle.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and excel in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid.
- A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to contributing to outstanding player experiences.
