Associate Game Producer

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Associate Producer who is passionate about gaming and skilled in supporting development teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in game production or project coordination, demonstrating strong abilities in managing schedules, tracking milestones, and fostering collaboration across multiple teams. This role involves working closely with senior producers, developers, and various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing game development tasks to ensure smooth project flow.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones are achieved as planned.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including QA, Development, Art, and Customer Service to streamline workflows and resolve any blockers.
- Support documentation efforts by maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans.
- Identify potential risks early and contribute to developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by facilitating clear and consistent communication across departments.
- Prioritize daily tasks and coordinate with product managers to ensure objectives are met within deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a production, coordination, or related role within the software or gaming industry, with at least one title shipped through the full production cycle.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid.
- A genuine passion for gaming and a strong desire to contribute to creating outstanding player experiences.
