Associate Ground Operations - Vijayawada (Contractual)

As we expand our operations in South India—one of the fastest-growing bus markets globally—we are seeking a motivated and driven Associate Ground Operations professional on a contractual basis. Based in Vijayawada, this role provides an exciting opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of Flix’s services, including bus operations, logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage parking and fleet operations efficiently to support daily bus services.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and mystery checks, documenting all findings to maintain high standards.
- Perform regular site visits to curbside stops, proactively addressing any operational challenges.
- Assist with the branding and maintenance of curbside stops to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee the distribution and inventory management of bus equipment, track stock levels, and coordinate timely reorders with vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during GoLive activities to support service launches and increase offline ticket sales in the assigned city.
- Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety standards among bus partners through regular audits and continuous monitoring.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in intercity travel operations or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi to facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in analyzing operational data to identify trends and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility to work in shifts, including 24/7 schedules; personal needs are considered when scheduling.
