Associate - HR Business Partner

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Associate - HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will help align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that people initiatives support business growth and success. You will contribute to fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations, talent management support, and organizational development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HRBP team to build strong relationships with business and department leaders, understanding their HR needs.
- Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and departmental requirements.
- Support employee relations by providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and improve the employee experience.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Aid in the performance appraisal process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation for compliance and efficiency.
- Build credibility through effective communication and relationship-building, representing HR professionally.
- Promote a positive organizational culture by supporting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Assist in managing change by communicating with employees and addressing concerns during transitions.
- Support the HRBP team in executing strategic initiatives and various HR projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws to minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
