At PwC, the People Operations team plays a vital role in managing the entire employee lifecycle and handling day-to-day HR operational tasks. This includes onboarding and offboarding employees, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee inquiries. The team ensures that HR processes and systems operate efficiently to support the workforce effectively. Additionally, those working in HR Information Systems (HRIS), data, and analytics focus on process optimization, automation, and data management. They leverage advanced analytics and technology solutions to streamline HR functions, improve employee experience, and support business and HR clients in achieving strategic objectives. The Associate II – HR Operations role is responsible for executing core HR operational activities with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, compliance, and delivering excellent employee service. This position requires strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to utilize AI tools and data insights to enhance HR processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily HR operations, including employee lifecycle transactions, HR records management, and process administration.
- Conduct data audits, quality checks, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Support performance management processes such as goal tracking, performance review cycles, and related reporting.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Operations.
- Excellent data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform data validation, quality checks, and root cause analysis with a strong data orientation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.

- 2 to 4+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Proven track record in HR data management, reporting, analytics, performance management support, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
