A reputable law firm based in Lahore is seeking skilled lawyers to join their team as Associates in Litigation and Commercial Law. Key Responsibilities:
For Litigation Associates, responsibilities include actively managing court cases with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in court practice. Candidates must independently handle court appearances, case preparation, and demonstrate strong drafting skills across civil, commercial, service, and administrative law matters. A thorough understanding of legal research, procedural laws, and regulatory frameworks is essential.

Corporate Law Associates will focus on commercial law matters, including contract drafting, corporate compliance, joint ventures, and due diligence. They will support complex corporate transactions and regulatory proceedings before tribunals and superior courts. The role requires exceptional legal research abilities, drafting proficiency, and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be based in Lahore and possess strong legal research capabilities and computer proficiency. Litigation Associates should have a valid High Court license and 3 to 6 years of active court practice experience. Corporate Law Associates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university, with 2 to 4 years of relevant commercial law experience. Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or foreign degrees (e.g., UK qualifications) are considered advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience in sectors such as energy, power, telecommunications, or public procurement laws is preferred for Corporate Law Associates.
