Associate Logistics

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Logistics Operations professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bahadurabad, Karachi. The role operates Monday through Friday with shift timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST). Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all email communications, ensuring minimal response time.
- Maintain and update internal tracking sheets and company web portals daily.
- Accurately document all necessary shipment paperwork such as Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, Release Documents, Proof of Delivery, Rate Confirmations, and Load Confirmations.
- Plan and monitor the shipment of final products in accordance with customer requirements.
- Recruit and coordinate logistics personnel, including truck drivers, as needed.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, retailers, customers, and transporters to negotiate profitable deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) organization is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Supply Chain Management, whether graduates or undergraduates, are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to handle overseas customers via phone calls.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
