- Prepare, review, and post stores receiving and issuance Journal Vouchers (JVs), including for the Cath Lab store.
- Prepare, review, and post stock-in-trade related JVs, including purchases, cost of sales, and quarterly stock take adjustments.
- Reconcile stores spare parts, loose tools, and stock-in-trade.
- Review stock-in-trade adjustments against advances JVs for F-11 and other outlets.
- Ensure the correctness of average cost in inventory valuation.
- Prepare monthly comparisons of inventory balances in HMIS versus Sidat Hydar GL.
- Identify reasons for differences and record closing adjustments after approval from senior authority.
- Assist seniors in annual financial and tax audit matters.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review vendor reconciliations as per audit parameters.
- Conduct quarterly physical stock takes of inventory.
- Verify monthly item-wise closing balances for stores, spare parts, loose tools, and stock-in-trade, including preparation of item-wise reconciliations (i.e., opening + purchases - consumption = closing).
- Develop and implement Oracle systems.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation across departments to ensure continuity of service.
- Develop and monitor systems for improvements.
- Maintain internal controls and monitor departmental operation cycles for successful achievement of targets.
- Review work procedures and operational problems to identify ways to improve service and performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations efficiently and diligently.
- Maintain professional growth and development by staying abreast of the latest trends in the respective field.
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and SOPs as per ISO/JCIA standards.
- Respect cultural values and demonstrate them in action.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.
- Participate in quality improvement and assurance activities.
- Supervise leave and attendance rosters.
