Associate Manager, Sourcing (Non-Apparel)

This role acts as a crucial liaison for daily global sourcing operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at overseas offices and vendors. The position requires managing timelines, ensuring product quality, and supporting cost negotiations to meet financial targets within specific categories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day global sourcing activities, working effectively with international partners and vendors.
- Maintain and manage the seasonal production calendar to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
- Develop strong negotiation and costing skills, taking ownership of achieving financial targets for assigned product categories.
- Keep product cost information updated and communicate costing options clearly with overseas teams.
- Coordinate tasks to guarantee on-time delivery and maintain quality standards throughout the product approval process.
- Manage commitment schedules for fabric reservations and long lead times based on management directives.
- Oversee product tracking processes for designated categories to ensure smooth operations.
- Expedite and monitor sample development progress, promptly alerting relevant stakeholders if delays or issues arise.
- Identify and propose opportunities to improve sourcing process efficiency to management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role, preferably within the retail industry.
