Associate, MI Commercial Data

This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of commercial data used across various business functions such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for governing data throughout its lifecycle, maintaining data integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams including CRM Operations, Order Management, Fulfillment, Marketing, Finance, and Digital Technology Services is essential to manage and optimize commercial data effectively. The position requires working from the office at least two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data correction, cleansing, and quality assurance for commercial data within Salesforce.
- Act as a data quality resource by identifying and resolving data issues, conducting root cause analysis, and performing proactive quality checks.
- Transform commercial and Finance data into descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses to support strategic business decisions.
- Contribute insights from daily performance to help achieve team goals and understand the broader impact of your role.
- Support team objectives through focused effort and quality support, seeking guidance when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Typically 2-3+ years of experience in data quality, analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of addressing complex data challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time and tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to organizational values and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of statistical concepts with experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data tools.
- Familiarity with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and experience working with data warehouses.
- A proactive learner with curiosity about evolving team priorities and a willingness to contribute beyond routine tasks.
