Associate Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE & Power Platform Consultant to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE), Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, .NET (C#), and Microsoft Copilot. This role involves designing and implementing tailored CRM solutions that meet complex business needs while leveraging the latest technologies to optimize processes and enhance user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and custom APIs.
- Develop and maintain applications within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services, Azure Data Factory, and/or KingswaySoft.
- Build custom components and integrations using .NET (C#) to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot to enhance business processes and improve user productivity.
- Participate actively in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage deployments, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least three end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Azure-based integrations and enterprise solution development.
- Practical experience in custom development, including plugin development, workflows, and system integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
