We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / Associate Director with 11 to 14 years of expertise to join our dynamic teams in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning frameworks and cloud technologies. This role involves developing intelligent agents using cutting-edge tools such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI, while driving innovation in AI architecture and microservices development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-driven applications and agents using LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI frameworks.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Utilize Python extensively along with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for model development and deployment.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, integrating DevOps practices with tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate cloud infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) to handle both structured and unstructured data efficiently.
- Architect distributed systems with RESTful APIs, GraphQL integrations, and microservices, ensuring robust and scalable intersystem communication.
- Implement event-driven architectures using message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.
- Integrate advanced AI libraries and APIs, including Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI’s API, to enhance model capabilities.
- Oversee large-scale machine learning project deployments with a strong emphasis on DevOps, MLOps, and LLM Ops best practices.
- Train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as PALM2, GPT-4, and LLAMA to meet specific business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (11-14 years) in AI solution architecture and microservices development.
- Proficiency in Python programming, especially for API development related to LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Proven expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), along with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) for automating cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.
- Experience in training and fine-tuning large language models and working with modern AI APIs.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
