Associate Product Design

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking an Associate Product Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing the user interface of our mobile application. This role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts using design tools such as Figma, while ensuring consistent design standards across all platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and responsive app interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain user-friendly app interfaces, including wireframes and prototypes.
- Ensure responsive layouts and consistent styling across multiple devices.
- Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs effectively.
- Continuously improve usability based on user feedback and testing.
- Maintain high standards of design consistency and attention to detail throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
