Associate Product Manager - Growth

This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven growth experiments and organic social strategies. The ideal candidate is early in their career, eager to develop product instincts, and passionate about generative AI and creative technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify growth opportunities: Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, social trends, and competitor activity to uncover potential improvements across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention stages.

- Run growth experiments: Develop hypotheses, define success metrics, launch tests, and evaluate results to decide whether to scale, refine, or discontinue initiatives.

- Support organic acquisition: Experiment with content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, and distribution strategies on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Improve the user journey: Detect friction points in landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and feature discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion rates and user success.

- Translate insights into product work: Create clear briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide growth initiatives.

- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams to move experiments from concept to launch.

- Measure and communicate results: Maintain trackers and dashboards, monitor key metrics, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

- Build repeatable growth loops: Connect content, creators, sharing, referrals, and product experiences to establish sustainable growth channels.

- Leverage AI and automation: Utilize tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, and experimentation.

- Document learning: Record outcomes to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related fields; strong internships, academic projects, or self-initiated products are valued.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

- Basic understanding of product funnels, including user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

- Familiarity with major social media platforms and curiosity about content distribution and user engagement.

- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis to support decision-making.

- Ability to decompose ambiguous problems into actionable steps and follow through effectively.

- Strong written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and findings.

- Willingness to ship products, gather feedback, and iterate for improvement.

- Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and creative tools.

- Availability to work full-time on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Background in creator partnerships, referral programs, or community-led growth.

- A portfolio demonstrating experiments or projects with measurable outcomes and learnings.
