Associate Product Manager

ImagineArt, a rapidly growing generative AI company based in Islamabad, is seeking an Associate Product Manager – Growth to join their Product & Growth team on-site. Known for scaling quickly without external funding, ImagineArt has achieved over 100 million monthly social impressions and developed a leading image generation model recognized for photo realism. The Associate Product Manager will focus on driving user acquisition, activation, and retention by optimizing the user journey and leveraging organic social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, customer feedback, social trends, and competitor activity to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Design and run growth experiments by formulating hypotheses, defining success metrics, launching tests, and recommending next steps to scale or refine initiatives.
- Support organic acquisition through testing content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, and distribution strategies across multiple social platforms and emerging channels.
- Improve the user journey by identifying friction points in landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and feature discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion and user success.
- Translate insights into actionable product work by writing clear briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams to move experiments from concept to launch efficiently.
- Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards, monitor key acquisition and product metrics, and communicate findings with clear recommendations.
- Build repeatable growth loops by connecting content, creators, sharing, referrals, and product experiences to create sustainable growth sources.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, and experimentation processes.
- Document learnings from experiments to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related fields; strong internships, university projects, or independently built products are also considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of product funnels, including user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and curiosity about content distribution and user engagement.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical steps and follow through with execution.
- Strong written communication skills to clearly explain ideas, requirements, and findings.
- Willingness to ship products, gather feedback, and iterate for improvement.
- Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and creative tools.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, scripting, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, event tracking, and cohort analysis.
- Experience growing social channels, newsletters, communities, or digital products.
- Exposure to AI, SaaS, or consumer technology products.
- Experience with creator partnerships, referral programs, or community-led growth.
- A portfolio showcasing experiments or projects with measurable outcomes and learnings.
