We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Experience team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This position demands strong analytical skills, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to clearly communicate complex information to various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Consolidation: Collect and organize data from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations to ensure reliable reporting.
Data Analysis: Perform statistical analyses and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and research to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights.
Reporting and Presentation: Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Effectively present findings and recommendations to managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement automation solutions and enhance reporting efficiency. Continuously evaluate data quality and reporting standards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for various projects. Communicate complex analytical results in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Internet and ISP workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
