Associate Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated software developer with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. The successful candidate will participate in designing, coding, testing, and managing software applications. Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and the ability to test and debug effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on software projects by writing and maintaining code.
- Assist in testing applications, identifying bugs, and implementing fixes.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends and participate in relevant training sessions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Contribute to project planning and execution activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong programming skills with a focus on writing efficient and reliable code.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in application development.
- Exposure to technologies such as C# .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with database management systems including MS SQL Server and MySQL.
- Basic understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of web development and database concepts is considered a plus.
